Day 3 - Primal instincts ————————————————- Primal instincts or “instincts” in general are not learned traits but biological behaviors that every species is known to have. For example it is instinctive to turn your head towards a noise or something that is touching you, and it is not a learned trait.  I’m sure you guys have heard of the “flight or fight” which is caused by adrenaline, and that is also instinctive. It is an instinct for survival, which we all have. Your pupils dilate and your blood vessels contract, your sight intensifies while your hearing excludes.  The primal instincts can be deadly, and can cause barbarianism if it weren’t for the civilized society we lived in. (If you read Lord of the Flies, You’ll know what I’m talking about) We were born to be wild, society civilizes us.
